Standard Urns (14-day return window):
- You may return unused standard urns within 14 days after delivery for a full refund or exchange. After the return notification, you have another 14 days to return the products.
- Urns must be in original packaging and unused condition.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- Refunds are processed within 30 business days of receiving the returned item.
Custom Urns:
- Custom-designed urns are made specifically for you and are generally non-refundable once production has begun.
- We require a 100% deposit for custom orders to confirm your design.
- If you wish to make changes during production, please contact us as soon as possible – modifications may be possible at no additional cost depending on the stage of production.
- If there are significant issues with your custom urn, we will work with you to create a replacement or offer a full refund.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If your urn arrives damaged or has manufacturing defects, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
- We will replace the damaged urn or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.
- Return shipping for damaged items is covered by NUBE.
How to Return an Item:
- Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll provide return shipping instructions.
- Ship the item back to us using the method we specify.
- Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund or arrange a replacement.
