Returns and refunds

We understand this is a sensitive time. Our return policy reflects our commitment to your satisfaction while respecting the nature of this product.

Standard Urns (14-day return window):

  • You may return unused standard urns within 14 days after delivery for a full refund or exchange. After the return notification, you have another 14 days to return the products.
  • Urns must be in original packaging and unused condition.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
  • Refunds are processed within 30 business days of receiving the returned item.

Custom Urns:

  • Custom-designed urns are made specifically for you and are generally non-refundable once production has begun.
  • We require a 100% deposit for custom orders to confirm your design.
  • If you wish to make changes during production, please contact us as soon as possible – modifications may be possible at no additional cost depending on the stage of production.
  • If there are significant issues with your custom urn, we will work with you to create a replacement or offer a full refund.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your urn arrives damaged or has manufacturing defects, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
  • We will replace the damaged urn or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.
  • Return shipping for damaged items is covered by NUBE.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll provide return shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to us using the method we specify.
  4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund or arrange a replacement.
