We ship to most countries across Europe and beyond. Since each urn is a precious memorial, we take special care in packaging to ensure safe arrival.
Shipping Regions & Times:
- EU Countries, Switzerland, Norway: 5-10 business days (Standard) | 2-3 business days (Express)
- UK: 7-12 business days (Standard) | 3-5 business days (Express)
- Other countries: International EMS. Time depends on the region.
Shipping Costs:
- Standard Shipping: €20-100 depending on destination and weight
- Express Shipping: €50-100 depending on destination
- International rates are calculated at checkout based on location and order size.
Packaging & Safety: We use multiple layers of protective packaging to ensure your urn arrives in perfect condition. Each urn is wrapped individually, cushioned with protective materials, and placed in reinforced packaging. Tracking information is provided with every shipment.
Customs & Import: For shipments outside the EU, customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes. We'll provide all necessary documentation to facilitate customs clearance.
Delays: While we strive to meet delivery timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. We'll keep you updated on any delays and work to resolve them quickly.
